What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary by project complexity. Generally, samples take 7–14 days, and mass production takes 30–45 days after sample approval. We will provide a precise timeline with your quote.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQs are flexible. For standard products with logo engraving, we can start as low as 100 units. For fully custom ODM projects, the MOQ will be higher, typically starting at 500–1000 units.
What file format do I need for my logo?
For the best quality, we require vector files. Please provide your logo in one of the following formats: .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or .SVG.
Can you ship to Europe / USA?
Yes. We ship globally and have extensive experience with logistics to North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. We can handle everything from factory-to-port (FOB) to your final warehouse (DDP).
